RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure every order is perfect, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and make things right.
Some items, like perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods, cannot be returned. However, we’re here to help resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. .
Refunds
We’re here to help! If you need a refund, please reach out to us and let us know how we can assist you.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take a bit longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
